Mentioning about "displacing MS Office into Cocoon", I personally have achieved replacing MS Office "Word" into Wiki using MediaWiki. Sharable, readable to everyone, and it is so easy to edit. Shame Wiki does not have access restriction feature in default.
Other stuff such as Excel and Powerpoint, I could not replace into the others. Indeed Cocoon should give more breeze into.
