According to
lifehack, plumbing gives a 260% average return on investment. This is good news. I got home this evening to find out my long-suffering boiler is no longer boiling. It is an ex-boiler. It is no more. Just as we get some arctic weather. Ooops. Looks like I'll have to move forward my plans to replace it.
