Which headphones, I’m off out East again on a 12 hour flight soon, my in ear sennheisers were awesome but I’m on the lookout for noise cancelling maybe.

I also had in-ear sennheisers, but managed to forget them when packing for a recent trip to the US. So I splashed out on a pair of Bose QuietComfort 15s which were on offer in Dixons Travel at Heathrow (and a really good offer at that – significantly less than Amazon prices).

They were way more expensive than I would have liked, but I have to say I’m impressed. Extremely comfortable for long flights (I had them on for 8 hours in a row), and sound good too.

I found them better than in-ear because they don’t fatigue/hurt the ear as much.

Battery life is pretty good too – I’m still on the first battery, with probably 25+ hours of listening done.

Sounds good, too much for me to commit to right now although it depends on the prices at Dixons Travel I guess. I’ll take a look when I’m there next month. Thanks!
