I spend a lot of time on Skype conference calls at the moment. Here’s an obvious missing feature: automatically setting the volume level of the different callers. Right now I’m straining to hear some people, whilst getting my eardrums blown out by others. This should be handled in software, not by spending hours saying “please move your microphone closer / please move your microphone further away”.
