I read David Casal’s recent blog entry ‘The Plutocratic Oath’ with interest and thought he might be interested in Alan Carter’s Reciprocality Project. It’s a bit heavy going in places, but there’s a more digestible take on the same information in his recent book “The Third Age of the World.”
